Monitor
- The monitor gets no signal

- - Check if the cable is fitted correctly.

- - Use the "auto-key" on the monitor or change the resolution manually to 1024 x 768
Camera
- The camera will not start
- The camera sends no pics
- I see the live-preview on the cam-display but not in the CANON SDK

- - Is the power supply connected?
- - If you are using a universal power supply is it switched to 7V for the Canon PowerShot A640t?
- - Is the adapter for the G9 correctly fitted and the power supply connected?
The camera sends no pictures
- - USB-cable correctly connected to the camera?
- - USB-cable correctly connected to the PC?
- - USB-cable correctly connected to the extension cable?
- - Switch to "Play-Modus" on the A640 -> blue play symbol to the right hand of the display
I see the live-preview on the cam-display but not in the CANON SDK
- - Switch the A640 to "play-mode"
- - Press "Reconnect" in CANON SDK
- - Check if CANON SDK Version is same or higher than 0.1.42
- - If not contact the support
